Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to Bolt in Northern EU with a focus on Scooters and Bolt Drive business lines by working closely with (Senior) Legal Counsels responsible for sub-regions for guidance as you attend to daily business inquiries.
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as lease agreements, licensing agreements, cooperation agreements with partners, supplier agreements and terms and conditions.
  • Provide legal advice to the product, engineering, sales, business development and country teams of Bolt in Northern EU in all phases of the product development, roll out and expansion within the region.
  • Drive change and development as Bolt’s business scales. This includes using your voice to affect change for the better, utilising your writing skills to design new legal materials and to streamline legal processes as the company grows.
  • Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the legal and privacy team to ensure seamless execution and support for new business ideas and product launches.
  • Supporting the team with corporate governance, NDA and Power of Attorney requests as well as assisting in the coordination and supervision of external legal support.
