Responsibilities

  • As part of the Legal team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the Group’s legal requests from all of Kepler Cheuvreux business lines, its files and on all ongoing projects via, but not exclusively, requests for analysis on legal issues, which will include the preparation and review, and negotiation of agreements and documentation, ad hoc research, and participation in legal monitoring.
  • Assisting the Legal team on the preparation and review of the documentation related to Market Operations.
  • These include, but are not limited to drafting, review and negotiation of client agreements.
  • Proofreading and analysis, with the help of a more senior lawyer, of various contracts such as client contracts etc.
  • Negotiation of investment services contracts based on validated models (e.g. corporate brokerage agreements, structured products distribution agreements, direct market access agreements, research, general terms and conditions, etc.).
  • Assisting the senior members of the Legal department in the negotiation of supplier contracts.
