  • Arrange catering for various office meetings/events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms;
  • Conduct inductions for new employees/visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management;
  • Create purchase orders in the company integrated system and reconcile credit card and Uber for Business charges and gather back up documentation;
  • Assist with various ad-hoc admin tasks and document format for other Fugro departments when requested.
