Responsibilities

  • fournir le support juridique nécessaire aux équipes commerciales, ainsi qu’aux experts et consultants (répartis au sein des différentes filiales) dans la réponse aux appels d’offres et la négociation des contrats clients, ce qui constituera votre priorité ;
  • formuler les recommandations appropriées en support des missions et collaborer avec les différentes Divisions d’Ekimetrics, afin d’assurer la conformité juridique et réglementaire des opérations, notamment en matière d’IP, de protection des données ou d’IA;
  • négocier les contrats fournisseurs et autres accords de partenariat ou de sous-traitance ;
  • élaborer, maintenir à jour et développer avec l’équipe juridique des approches et documentations contractuelles standards, adaptées aux nouvelles solutions de data science et d’IA développées par Ekimetrics ;
  • fournir des recommandations dans le cadre de la conception de nouvelles solutions et de la définition des business model associés ;
  • proposer et participer à la mise en place de nouveaux processus & outils permettant d’optimiser l’intervention des juristes, ainsi que la diffusion et l’efficacité de leurs recommandations au sein du Groupe ;
  • identifier, proposer et mettre en œuvre des mécanismes adaptés permettant de protéger les assets développés par Ekimetrics ;
  • anticiper et préparer Ekimetrics aux nouvelles réglementations (notamment en matière d’IA, de data, de digital…) susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur son activité;
  • participer à la formation des équipes sur les sujets juridiques et réglementaires.
  • piloter et coordonner le travail des Conseils locaux sollicités le cas échéant ;
  • suivre et faciliter la résolution des éventuels litiges.
  • A titre complémentaire dans ce contexte de forte croissance, vous pourrez être amené à intervenir plus ponctuellement sur des sujets juridiques divers (IP, assurances, baux,…) et à participer à la démarche Groupe de conformité et de contrôle interne.
