Responsibilities

  • Assister les directions Technology, Achats et d'autres directions de l'entreprise dans l'analyse, la négociation, la rédaction et le suivi des contrats commerciaux de tous types, en particulier dans le domaine du numérique (notamment engagement de confidentialité, LOI, contrats de prestations de services, SAAS, contrats d'outsourcing...)
  • Effectuer toutes les analyses juridiques nécessaires et apporter un support et un conseil juridique appropriés pour la réalisation de projets innovants et partenariats complexes de l'entreprise portant sur les technologies du numérique dans un environnement international (nouveaux systèmes d'information, exploitation de données, etc.)
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre et au suivi des politiques juridiques Corporate du groupe sur le reporting contentieux et les contrats notamment et, de façon plus générale, aux divers chantiers globaux initiés au niveau de l'équipe ou du groupe : revue des modèles de contrats, formations juridiques pour les équipes internes, veille juridique sur les sujets relevant du périmètre de l'activité.
  • Participer à la gestion des contentieux ou des précontentieux et des politiques d'assurances pour les sociétés AXA IM
