  • Übernahme der gesamten Kommunikation gegenüber den internen und externen Kunden in allen Belangen rund um die Themen Reparatur-, Reklamation- und Gewährleistungsabwicklung, sowie für Hire&Demo-Teststellungen

  • Sicherstellung der termin- und qualitätsgerechten Bearbeitung aller Kundenvorgänge
  • Erstellung von externen Reparaturaufträgen an unsere Lieferanten inkl. Auftragsüberwachung
  • Monitoring von strategischen Ausfallursachen und Weiterleitung an die entsprechende Fachabteilung
  • Erstellung interner Materialbedarfsanforderungen, Buchungen von Lagerbewegungen, Anpassung von Lagerbeständen für Inventur nach Freigabe
  • Überwachung (monatliche Inventur) des Lagerbestandes für das Repair-Center sowie des H&D-Bereichs
  • Erstellung des monatlichen Reporting aller reparaturbezogenen Kennzahlen
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines Kommunikationsnetzwerks mit den anderen Repair-Center für Lasergeräte in der Domino Gruppe
  • Unterstützung bei der Gründung internationaler Repair-Center in der Domino Gruppe
