  • Well-developed coaching and mentoring skills, an appreciation of different learning styles and the ability to match these to appropriate delivery techniques.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability for prioritising your own & other people’s workload against competing deadlines.
  • An ability to interpret and manipulate data and use this as a basis for producing high quality management reporting.
  • A sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and having the ability to learn how to use new software and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring effective service delivery by optimising the productivity and efficiency of the Key Accounts team.
  • Managing a team of Key Accounts Executives who are focussed on providing outstanding customer care and post sales service.
  • Motivating, mentoring and coaching direct reports to achieve key performance indicators.
  • Conducting quality monitoring activities and producing accurate and insightful management reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams; reviewing customer feedback with Key Account Managers and providing regular updates to the Sales Management team.
