What is the primary focus of the Knowledge Development Lawyer role?
The primary focus is to provide expertise on pensions matters, including automatic enrolment, pensions legal advice, regulation and tax, as well as public sector pensions and pensions disputes/litigation.

You will be working with a diverse national client base that includes over 750 trustee and employer clients, such as AT&T, Chanel, Honda, John Lewis, and the University of Oxford.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this position?
You must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer and have relevant experience working on pensions matters and transactions, as well as experience in PSL type tasks.
