Responsibilities

  • Mit Spaß am Verkaufen, hoher Fachkompetenz und Begeisterung für Einrichtung berätst du unsere Kund*innen: Von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zum Mehrverkauf und Kaufabschluss.
  • Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei im Planen und Verkaufen des IKEA Küchensortiments: Küchenmöbel, Arbeitsplatten, Elektrogeräte und alles, was zu einer perfekten Küche gehört. Du nutzt dafür alle vorhandenen – auch digitalen – Medien und Verkaufskanäle.
  • Du gehst aktiv auf unsere Kund*innen zu und stehst ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Alle im Einrichtungshaus verfügbaren Serviceleistungen, wie Lieferung, Montage und Finanzierung, sind dir vertraut. Du kannst sie so vermitteln, dass sie zu einem rundum gelungenen Einkaufserlebnis für unsere Kund*innen führen.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass dein Verkaufsbereich immer wie neu erscheint und das Sortiment attraktiv präsentiert ist. Alles ist IKEA gemäß aufgebaut und mit Preisschildern ausgezeichnet.
