Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of UI and UX design best practices, templates and trainings to increase design knowledge and standards for the organization
  • Advise senior leaders on UI and UX initiatives and strategies
  • Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, workflows and strategies
  • Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct user research, including planning, prioritization, feedback collection and action plan creation
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences
  • Create user journeys, user flows, wire-frames and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces
  • Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent
  • Recommend metrics to define, manage and measure design success and prioritize enhancements
  • Collaborate with leadership to support team member onboarding and growth
