  • - Provide guidance for the installation, configuration, and optimisation of server hardware, storage, and software to ensure performance and availability is aligned with and meets operational agreements.
  • - Manage database systems to ensure capacity, availability, and integrity requirements are aligned and meet with operational and service demand.
  • - Planning and executing database upgrades, patches and migrations.
  • - Manage database system availability across multiple data centres.
