Responsibilities

  • To assist senior members of the team (Senior Associates and Directors) progress cases through the litigation process, including assisting with disclosure, witness and expert evidence and preparing for trials/JSMs
  • Deal with the technical aspects of the case, under the supervision of senior team members
  • To act as a trusted member of the team whilst taking responsibility of tasks, including updating files, reviewing confidential records and, liaising with third parties
  • Ensuring the case management system is kept up to date
