Requirements

  • Required Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with related technologies.
  • Strong Understanding of Windows Systems administration and Windows Server Roles.
  • Strong Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
  • Moderate knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud-computing platforms e.g. Azure, AWS.
  • Moderate knowledge of OS & Networking advanced concepts.
  • Moderate knowledge and experience of Web technologies (JSON, REST).
  • Knowledge and experience of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Optional Experience/Skills:
  • Knowledge of CI/CD deployment models.
  • Knowledge of Splunk or other Logging platforms.
  • Experience with Scripting such as PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with Product Managers, Architects and Engineers to grasp and influence product requirements for development of new features and cloud services.
  • Create and maintain agile test planning & execution throughout SDLC while accounting for core coverage areas such as automation, functional, performance, stress and scalability testing.
  • Perform exploratory testing while focusing on various end user experiences and customer personas.
  • Research and implement industry best practices in agile methodologies to support Continuous Integration development models.
  • Defect management: Bug reporting, validation and regression testing while ensuring product integration loopbacks.
  • Interfacing with Field/Sales Readiness teams to ensure customer success by providing technical guidance & consultancy on product deployment/adoption scenarios.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose escalations from the field alongside Technical Support teams for quick turnaround on problem resolution.
  • Deliver product best practices, KB recommendations, tutorials, videos, 'How do I' articles and blogs to facilitate customer adoption of our products.
