Responsibilities

  • - Design, organize and conduct training programs for employee owners and line management
  • - Management of annual compliance training calendar and delivery of annual compliance training
  • - Coordination of executive and senior level leadership training programs
  • - Works with technical and non-technical internal customers (BU Leads, etc.) to identify learning and development needs for their programs
  • - Manages external content vendor relationships and library of course content
  • - Promotes and creates curriculums suitable for customer needs
  • - Manages the scheduling, tracking, documenting, and reporting of training attendance and proof of training
  • - Supports new hire orientation, as needed
  • - Manages and acts as point of contact (POC) for employee educational assistance program
  • - Acts as primary system admin for the DTM Learning Module
  • - Stay abreast of state and federal required training requirements either through own research or check-ins with senior HR personnel
  • - Work with Freedom Center Host and Front Office Executive Admins to coordinate use of conference rooms and schedules for training purposes to include room layout discussions and food options
  • - Manage the performance appraisal program to include annual setup, launches, communications and tracking
  • - Assist Generalists with review of performance appraisal scoring and manager appraisal comments
  • - May provide technical guidance to lower-level staff as the department grows
