Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in depth understanding of the course content, learning objectives, and learners’ skills and knowledge requirements.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to design high quality, engaging and innovative blended learning programmes for QA’s core products and bespoke courses for clients.
  • Design online learning content, live events, and workplace application activities and assessments which blend seamlessly together.
  • Storyboard and script pedagogical learning content and assets by applying instructional/learning design principles.
  • Update and maintain course and content documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, version controlled, and quality assured.
  • Work collaboratively and iteratively in Sprint teams with other Learning Designers, Creative Producers, Video Producers, and Graphic Designers.
