Responsibilities

  • - Collaborate with business stakeholders within a fast paced, innovative and dynamic environment
  • - Traverse each business line ranging from production and supply of industrial gas, healthcare supply direct to patients, off shore and renewable energy
  • - Partner closely with certain business lines to support the delivery of business line's ambitions including achieving their ESG commitments
  • - Work closely with the General Counsel and collaborate with teams across the business lines in the UK
  • - Work on commercial contract negotiations, advising the business on risk and balancing this with achievement of the commercial ambitions of the business
  • - Contribute to wider topics in the business such as real estate, employee relations, regulatory, and more
  • - Lead the compliance and ethics program by implementing training, policies, and guidelines across the business
