  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities, appropriately prioritize work and proactively anticipate and manage time

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the preparation of EVP work product
  • Distributes internal and external agreements, memos, and correspondences
  • Answers phones, schedules appointments, confirms meetings, maintains daily schedules, photocopies material, facsimile and e-mail distributions, routes incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists
  • Maintains tickler system for follow-up; updates entries of status of projects and negotiations in various status report databases
  • Composes and generates letters and memos; backs-up proofreading and editing on documents prepared by attorneys
  • Assists in the preparation of first-draft agreements for production, acquisition and distribution of online, mobile and other digital content
  • Generates expense reports
  • Liaises with internal departments and external entities as needed
  • Routes articles to lawyers and other company officials
  • Files correspondence and legal documents in office filing system
  • Ensures proper indexing and filing of original legal documents
