Responsibilities

  • To provide a combination of administrative and legal support to Trainees, Lawyers, and Partners, which will involve assisting on transactions, undertaking due diligence, making filings at Companies House, dealing with post-completion matters, drafting documents, undertaking legal research and attending meetings/calls with clients.
  • To carry out any other such reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
