Responsibilities

  • - Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and providing legal advice on a wide range of multi-disciplinary commercial contracts entered into by Egis subsidiaries in Ireland, including engineering, consultancy and sub-contractor agreements
  • - Supporting with Corporate and Company Secretariat matters, including attending board meetings and drafting minutes
  • - Supporting the management of the Egis Ireland insurance certificates database
  • - Supporting the implementation of Egis Ireland data protection, ethics and compliance programmes
  • - Liaising with external counsel as and when necessary, within agreed policy and budget set by the UK & Ireland Legal Director
