Responsibilities

  • As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the Markets team in Structured Products Issuances
  • We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
  • Legal advice to capital Markets in issuances of structured notes with several types of underlying derivatives (e.g., interest rates, inflation, FX, equity, credits, etc) and in repackaging transactions in a diverse range of jurisdictions (including Continental Europe countries and the United States of America). Drafting of the entire set of legal documentation, including prospectuses, final terms / notes Ts&Cs, placement and dealer agreements and corporate approvals.
  • Legal advice to traditional and synthetic securitisations and securitisations / finance linked swaps.
  • Legal advice to other matters related to Treasury and Markets affairs which require Legal team’s assessment or intervention such as structured derivative transactions on any type of underlying (interest rate, fx, equity, credit, bonds, commodities, etc.), Master Agreements negotiation (ISDA, GMRA; GMSLA, CMOF, etc.) or regulatory advice.
