Responsibilities

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a PA/Secretary looking to take the next step in their career and join our growing and highly successful Banking and Finance team in Bristol.
  • You will be providing efficient and effective PA and secretarial support to a team of 3 Lawyers in Bristol, and remote support to 1 Lawyer in Exeter, as well as supporting overflow from the other departments within the Commercial division.
  • You will be supporting activities such as compliance, billing, email and matter management, business development activities and credit control.
  • You will also manage diaries including travel arrangements, expenses, meetings and accommodation.
  • You will build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues, often being their first point of contact.
