Responsibilities

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the first step in their legal support career by joining our Legal Support Hub.
  • The Legal Support Hub is a central admin team that supports lawyers and legal PAs from across the firm with tasks such as document formatting, putting documents into house style, typing and dictation, along with general admin tasks.
  • This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your skills and gain exposure to work from across several different practice areas and build connections with different teams.
  • The team is headed up by a Hub Co-ordinator who supervises the team and allocates and monitors the work.
  • Legal support is integral to the success of our lawyers and clients – joining as a Legal Support Assistant (Legal PA/Secretary) you will receive training and support from our IT Training Team and Hub Co-ordinator.
