The Litigation Assistant is responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims for union members, which includes tasks such as assessing merits, obtaining evidence, instructing experts, and attending meetings with clients and other parties.

While knowledge of personal injury law and familiarity with Pre-Action Protocols and Civil Procedure Rules is advantageous, we welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals currently studying towards their SQE or equivalent qualifications, as training will be provided.
