Requirements

Responsibilities

  • - Oversees the daily workflow, work direction, and accurate processing of loan packages and that the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Ensures established deadlines are being met, maintaining accuracy, and identifying and expediting work assignments as needed. Communicates the daily workflow and escalates issues of quality and productivity concerns to Originators or Loan Servicing.
  • - Analyzes, researches, and resolves escalated issues. Ensures clarity and direction, and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved.
  • - Coordinates internal & external Legal Reviews
  • - Reviews accuracy of boarding details post close
  • - Performs operational tasks for Corporate Finance team as needed
