Responsibilities

  • * Responsible as a buyer for Child Parts and bought-out Parts, consisting of procurement of components including Mufflers, flanges, shells, Gaskets, Mixer, Cones, heat shields, hangers, exhaust pipe etc.
  • * Responsible for timely parts' availability per defined norms within stipulated lead time. Analyzing daily/weekly shortages and planning action accordingly
  • * Handling in-house raw material in the form of pipes and sheet
  • * Managed vendors and suppliers to meet cost, delivery performance, and schedule objectives.
  • * Supervising overall activities of inward receipt, QA issues, storage issues & record-keeping for all materials
  • * Worked with departments to find new and better items to fulfill diverse needs.
  • * Disposal of non-moving in-house raw materials to suppliers.
  • * Arrangement of freight forwarders efficiently and reporting freight cast to finance to ensure sustainability.
  • * Supervising overall activities of inward receipt, QA issues, storage issues & record-keeping for all materials
