Responsibilities

  • To keep our stores elevated you will be responsible for creating merchandising guidelines for UK and EU stores, including creating visual packs for in store execution, photo packs and visiting stores to maintain the visual upkeep around the estate.
  • Create clear and concise brand visual merchandising guidelines
  • Maintain and evolve current VM training documentation
  • Weekly store feedback to all key stores
  • Regularly visit stores around the estate to monitor and maintain standards
  • Carry out seasonal Model Store training sessions with the wider/learning and development team
  • Work alongside the Commercial/Marketing team to ensure all standards are being met
  • Highlight key commercial opportunities within the business
  • Feedback to internal and external stakeholders regarding any issues surrounding products or projects
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and explore opportunities
