- The TikTok Search Ads (TTSA) team constantly pushes the boundaries of general search engine monetization across our apps, including TikTok, TikTok Shop, TopBuzz, BuzzVideo, and more, building a globally leading Search monetization system. At TTSA team, you'll have the opportunity to engage with large-scale distributed architecture, NL, and ML-related problems, and explore the most cutting-edge technologies like LLM and AIGC. You will also be deeply involved in the innovation and optimization of our Ad format, create display, and the ROI of ads delivery. Requirements
- Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming language including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python.
- Ability to think critically and formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
