  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and tests as scheduled.
  • Assume personal responsibility for resolving problems in most effective way possible within SLA reaching root cause and preventing problems.
  • Well versed in OS components, Networking, Storage and modernization software such as z/OSMF, zowe etc.
  • Zeal to learn and practice new tools, products or technology areas.
