  • Leiden en managen van de Maintenance Planners en Dagdienst Monteurs en ontwikkelen van jouw teamleden
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het uitrollen en optimaliseren van alle geplande onderhoudsplannen volgens standaarden
  • Rapporteren van KPI's mbt het geplande maintenance plan
  • Werkstandaarden optimaliseren samen met Maintenance Planners, Engingeers en Production Area's
  • Projectmanagement van kleine pitstops tot grote stops en overhauls
  • Zorgen dat de geplande onderhoudstaken worden uitgevoerd in overeenstemming met de hoogste kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Actief deelname aan RCM-sessies
