Responsibilities

  • Completion of statutory, planned and reactive maintenance
  • Be the first point of contact for residents reporting maintenance issues
  • All apartment maintenance from mid-term to end of tenancy
  • Assist with apartment inspections when required
  • Maintain our building communal areas and external areas, ensuring they are always presented to our brand standards
  • Carry out inspections of reported defects as and when required and issue a full report with photographs to the maintenance team
  • Report any repetitive defects on active and non-active apartments to the maintenance team
