Responsibilities

  • Review of engineering drawing.
  • Co-ordinate weekly/ daily meeting with Engineering and site team to resolve the site related issue.
  • Preparation of FES DPR & Monthly report (lesson learn).
  • To Ensuring latest version of approved Electrical -C&I engineering drawing.
  • Preparation of drawing and BOQ as per site condition.
  • Preparation/ update & tracking of Project related statutory compliance report in terms of Electrical compliances.
  • Identification & mitigation of E&I work delays due to various avoidable reasons.
  • Identification & highlighting with top management for delays in E&I work due to various unavoidable reasons.
  • Co-ordinating with consultants, engineering & Cross functional departments for site related concerns.
  • Co-ordinating with Site management of contractor & escalation upto their top management for resolution of site related matters.
  • Co-ordination with HO project team for material supply, approval, budget allocation & etc. for smooth operation at site.
  • Preparing of Annual project budget & Monitoring of project Costing.
  • Good understanding of Delegation of Authority (DOA) and its adherence.
  • Maintaining project related drawings & documents management system for easy access to everyone.
  • General responsibility to ensure that the work on site should keep going on by considering to work Standards, Safety, and Quality.
