Responsibilities

  • In this unique role as a Brand and Innovation Manager you will be responsible for leading a range of brand building and innovation initiatives. This will include:
  • Leading innovation on our taste-led power brands such as Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes from insight through execution,
  • Developing and/or adapting multi-brand category driving communication and initiatives and
  • Trailblazing our multi-cultural marketing efforts with South Asian and Chinese consumers.
  • Develop local ground-up or adapt winning ideas through Kellogg proprietary Integrated Connections Planning process to develop a new (or lead a current) campaign or multi-brand Idea
  • Lead development of and translate the portfolio category strategies into compelling business briefs, grounded in consumer insights, and working with agency teams to develop, execute and track a Full Funnel Marketing Communications plans that deliver against aligned goals, objectives, and strategies.
  • Develop a sustainable brand pipeline of innovations and renovations to help unlock growth on the taste-led cereal portfolio
  • Lead cross-functional projects that improve the business both short and long term such as reformulations, packaging changes, format adjustments, and innovations through leading cross functional teams
  • Create distinctive packaging that optimizes the innovation idea within brand guardrails and build compelling sell-in stories to secure innovation listings with retailers
  • Lead research initiatives that identify insights, validate and optimize ideas, determine size of prize and support internal and external sell in
  • Drive development, commercial alignment, and execution with excellence across multi-brand, multi-cultural and innovation programs
  • Strategic direction, execution and evaluation of consumer-facing brand assets and experience plans, with involvement from Head of Marketing
  • Project management of all commercial efforts to drive consumer or shopper demand
  • Management of individual brand building budgets and supply chain demand alignment
  • Ongoing business reporting / tracking to identify trends and actions
  • Help to build a winning consumer curious and commercial-minded culture by actively contributing to the thriving culture
  • Positively contribute towards increasing the cohesiveness of the Marketing group/Company and taking personal accountability to help raise its effectiveness
