  • Prepare and negotiate contract amendments.
  • Provide guidance on the project contracts to Staff, Managers and Executives.
  • Serve as point of contact between two parties in contractual matters.
  • Provide redlined recommendations on contracts at bid stage.
  • Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports and other information.
  • Maintain and update project Risk Registers with PM’s.
  • Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties.
  • Work with other teams, such as Legal, Estimation and Finance on the contract requirements.
