Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships and monitor vendor performance against the contract which includes tracking appropriate vendor performance metrics and interactions, including utilization of external benchmarks
  • Manage and address complex issues associated with vendor and takes immediate steps to rectify discrepancies
  • Enable transition of additional processes into HRSS services model; bringing experience in HR and organizational transformation
  • Identify opportunities and understand drivers to renegotiate vendor agreements
  • Manage vendor relationship through the end-to-end contract lifecycle
  • Ensure alignment with Procurement and Legal department requirements for management of services agreements, statements of work, licenses, invoicing review, and software schedules
  • Provide guidance to identify and evaluate business risks in sourcing decisions and vendor performance
  • Assist in driving continuous service level improvements as well as innovation with vendors
