Responsibilities

  • M&A Infrastructure / workplace : Diagnostic de l’existant dans le cadre de due-diligence technologiques, identification d’une vision cible et alignement avec la stratégie métier, élaboration des trajectoires et feuille de route Infrastructure dans le cadre de programmes M&A, analyse de la valeur et élaboration de business cases.
  • Transformation de la fonction Infrastructure : élaboration et mise en place de modèles organisationnels, étude d'impact RH, accompagnement dans la mise en place d'organisations cibles, définition de stratégie de sourcing et accompagnement dans le choix de partenaires, Cadrage de programmes de transformation impulsés par les métiers ou la DSI (Stratégie de move to cloud, Schéma directeur SI, Migration de Workplace, ...)
  • Restitution de niveau direction : Capacité de vulgarisation de niveau direction sur ces thématiques : formulation d’hypothèse et de scénario cible, estimation de coût de mise en œuvre et récurrents, analyse de synergies, impacts organisationnels et RH.
  • En tant que Manager, vous serez amené(e) à encadrer et faire monter en compétence des consultant(e)s en apportant vos connaissances et votre expertise. Vous participerez activement au développement commercial et aux chantiers internes de l'équipe (recrutement, animation d’équipe, management…).
