Responsibilities

  • Strategy:
  • Champion international growth by developing and implementing data-driven strategies that optimize the customer journey across marketing, product, and post-purchase touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with the ecommerce team to first identify opportunities to localize the customer journey, then implement functionality, and support testing and measurement plans of activities
  • Alongside the HQ growth team, monitor paid investment to ensure dollars spent reflect wider strategy and profitability goals
  • Develop and implement strategies for cross-channel integration, benefitting from the synergy between our ecommerce business and expanding retail fleet to enhance the overall customer experience and drive growth
  • Build robust business cases for international optimizations with measurable objectives / goals, and clear ROI analysis
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, boost NPS scores, and act on customer feedback to address and resolve issues.
  • Foster innovation by staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporating them into Reformation’s digital strategy to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Insights & Reporting:
  • Provide rigorous reporting and analysis to illuminate drivers of success and areas of opportunity for the international ecommerce business
  • Take ownership of international KPIs, building scalable analyses to identify optimizations and untapped opportunities. KPis that will be critical for success include new customer growth, ROAS, conversion, site traffic, AOV, NPS, and cross channel shopping
  • Develop and maintain reports / dashboards on areas impacting the international business, ensuring reports are relevant, accurate, and help the team identify successes and opportunity areas as well as next steps
  • Support international analytics implementation - identify where the gaps in data are and work in conjunction with the BI team to facilitate implementation
  • Project Management/ Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technology, marketing, customer service, logistics, product, and design teams to ensure alignment on international projects
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to prioritize projects and allocate resources effectively
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
