Responsibilities

  • Leverage sales data, customer trends, and financial information to generate actionable insights and forecasts for revenue optimization.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting through tools like Hubspot, Snowflake, Tableau, and Looker to meet evolving business needs.
  • Analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop data-driven solutions for operational challenges.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs that impact revenue, delivering clear scorecards and actionable presentations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in enhancing analytical processes, including automating reporting workflows.
  • Create and manage dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into digestible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively assist the sales team with data requests and create new reports that improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two sales analysts to support their growth and achieve departmental goals.
