  • Define and track KPIs relevant to online grocery and convenience retail, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks, implementing contingency plans to minimise disruptions and maintain consistent product availability.
  • Lead regular S&OP meetings with relevant stakeholders to review performance, discuss demand-supply gaps, and align on corrective actions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimise the S&OP process and systems, enhancing efficiency, agility, and customer satisfaction.
