Requirements

  • De formation BAC+ 5 (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou Université), vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en qualité de Consultant·e SAP, acquise en cabinet de conseil, SSII ou société utilisatrice.
  • Vous avez une bonne vision transverse des processus métier et une parfaite connaissance des solutions SAP, S/4HANA serait un plus.
  • Vous avez participé, planifié et mené à bout plusieurs projets SAP sur toutes ses dimensions : organisationnelle, validation de la solution, recette, formation, suivi des chantiers techniques et de la migration des données.
  • En raison de nos projets orientés à l’international, la maitrise d’un anglais courant est fortement appréciée.
  • L’expertise sur le domaine Controlling est un plus.

Responsibilities

  • Accompagner nos clients dans la mise en œuvre de leur Core Model en prenant en charge l’animation des ateliers de conceptions et l’intégration des processus métier.
  • Fournir des solutions de haute qualité dans les délais et le budget prévus.
  • Être force de proposition avec la mise en œuvre de solutions innovantes, efficaces en adéquation avec les enjeux clients.
  • Concevoir, présenter et incarner des solutions.
  • Réaliser des prototypes sous SAP S/4HANA pour faciliter la projection du client.
  • Escalader les risques aux directeurs des projets et proposer des plans d’actions pour sécuriser le niveau de service.
  • Identifier la stratégie de migration du domaine et sa coordination avec d’autres équipes du paysage applicatif du client.
  • Définir le plan de cut-over sur le domaine, support au dry run et support post démarrage, handover aux équipes maintenance afin de pérenniser la qualité de la solution.
  • Contribuer à l'animation de la communauté SAP des KUs / BPO / AMOA.
  • Participer à la construction de l’équipe Finance locale en offrant un management de proximité : développer, piloter et accompagner.
  • Mentoring de l’équipe : suivis réguliers, entretiens de fin d’année et gestion de carrière.
  • Prendre part à l’animation des équipes locales SAP.
  • S’investir dans les avant-ventes.
