  • Knowledge on PLC setup & automation will be considered as additional advantage. Must be trained on operating overhead crane. Operating knowledge (with Valid License) of forklift would be an added advantage.
  • Must be aware about Industrial safety standards. Ability to perform dimensional inspection for heavy weight oil & gas equipment would be an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SAP roles for a process/ manufacturing engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting in manufacturing process establishment. Responsible for supporting in manufacturing process improvement.
  • Responsible for attending to troubleshooting activity in the NMC & SSD daily production activity as well as in the projects. Responsible to interact with global engineering team to for QN Management, Procedural update, DR Management, Technical discussion, New product development etc.
  • Responsible for QN disposal from Engineering stand point. Responsible for review, interpret and analyze and circulate the inhouse raw material test reports and supplier reports.
  • Responsible for process optimization and taking full ownership of the process/ products.
  • Attend to troubleshooting for process improvement and rectification. Coordinate with procurement team for providing technical clarifications and justifications.
  • Coordinate with planning to understand forecast and execution strategy. Coordinate with planning and procurement for raw material requirement.
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving the process documentation, SOP’s, work instructions etc.
