Responsibilities

  • Support Critical systems & Infrastructure onsite - Site OT Network and relevant applications.
  • Deliver optimum performance & reliability by monitoring infrastructure (Hardware and Software) performance, compliance & obsolescence.
  • Identify risks & improvement opportunities and take action to address - upgrading and patching as appropriate.
  • Manage external vendors (as required to support projects implementation and ongoing infrastructure support).
  • Generating, maintaining & improving site OT and system documentation i.e., policies, procedures, inventory’s and drawings, to ensure alignment with best practice and industry standards.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders & vendors to assist project owners meet requirements, which may include the interfacing of new equipment with existing site network. Provide input to the development of project schedules and document trackers, as they relate to OT- and IT connectivity objectives.
  • Required to comply with Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute cGMP in the performance of day-to-day activities and all applicable job functions.
