Responsibilities

  • Garantizar el control estadístico del proceso, por medio de monitoreo de variables y puntos de control, para cumplir con el QMS, y a su vez con todos los requerimientos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión Integral (SGI).
  • Gestionar el cierre de ordenes de producción por medio del consumo apropiado de materiales y registro de los mismos en el sistema SAP para mantener controlado el costo de producción.
  • Promover una cultura de seguridad en su vida diaria
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos descritos en el SGI, asegurando la calidad del producto.
  • Gestión de auditorías y no conformidades.
  • Tener un enfoque hacia resultados, cooperación proactiva identificando y comunicando activamente mejoras cuantificables, a través de comportamientos de mejora continua.
  • Monitorear y controlar las operaciones y variaciones del proceso, por medio de estándares de operación con el fin de mantener procesos eficientes y confiables.
  • Gestión del cierre de ordenes de producción
  • Reconocer los aspectos e impactos ambientales que pueden generar sus actividades así como realizar correctamente un manejo integral de los residuos de su área.
