Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead the development and execution of external customer engagement programs to generate new leads aligned with business goals, support customer retention, and enhance the positioning of ABB Energy Industries in the DACH region (Germany – Austria – Switzerland).
  • The work model for the role is: hybrid.
  • Main stakeholders are customers, prospects, and other external stakeholders (eg. external marketing communications agencies, etc), along with ABB management and sales.
  • You will be mainly accountable for managing and executing events, webinars, trade exhibitions, etc across DACH (virtual/hybrid/face2face).
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • targets settings aligned with business strategy,
  • activities execution, working with internal stakeholders (eg sales) and external stakeholders (eg marketing communications agencies, congresses and fairs organizers, etc)
  • cohesive communication messaging development for each initiative,
  • marketing communications assets creation,
  • efficient budget management,
  • results tracking in Saleforce, conducting comprehensive post-event analyses to assess Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
