Responsibilities

  • Build and execute B2C user acquisition strategy across paid channels to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue and achieve business goals
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns on the full downstream impact in terms of pipeline, revenue generated, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Execute marketing campaigns to support the entire user journey across all organic and paid channels, with a strong focus on email.
  • Translate and present campaign performance metrics into actionable optimizations and leverage A/B testing to assess and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to Product, Marketplace, Operations, and Sales to achieve key business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance trends, analyze & share results, and make optimization adjustments to meet team KPIs
  • Help ideate, draft, and create additional messaging & marketing collateral for all marketing channels
