Responsibilities

  • Support the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy
  • Own the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives
  • Work with the UK and group marketing teams to deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, ensure campaigns are optimised and driving ROI through all digital channels including the website, emails, and from all paid media, organic social media, POS, in centre screens and audio
  • Report on effectiveness of brand and campaign marketing activity
  • Manage the programme of BAU PR activity, through the PR agency, increase brand awareness through PR activities including brand activations, news hijacking opportunities, local and regional media competitions, maximising the opportunity of influencers for campaigns and to support initiatives
  • Support the launch of new initiatives including new products and promotions
  • Support the implementation and adoption of updated brand communications and creative
  • Support the continuous improvement of the brand interiors in centres through the new centre openings and refurbs
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI's, including creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, merchandise, graphic designers, influencers, content creators and AV
  • Manage the development and creation of marketing assets, including writing copy for different audiences and channels, collateral creations, POS, video, digital images, social media content
  • Managing the national charity partnership to maximising the exposure of activities and fundraising, raising the profile of the brand to consumers
  • Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience along the customer journey
  • Manage the print and stock management agency and system
  • Keep accurate records of spend and ROI across all marketing activities
  • Line management and development of a team of five, including social media marketing manager, marketing executives, marketing assistants
