Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze engaged leads to determine fit for firm services, aligned with defined ideal client profiles and criteria
  • Assign and route leads to sales team, including continued coordination and follow-up communication as needed
  • Document and maintain data integrity and standardization related to leads, contacts, and organizations in our firm CRM system
  • Conduct and support market intelligence research, summarizing analysis from research and marketing data to inform marketing strategies
  • Support team with relevant customer journey research, target list development, and lead documentation
  • Assist with communications and data transfer with our telemarketing vendor, including post-campaign monitoring
  • Support the operations of various Marketing Studio functions including Martech, project management, vendor procurement and invoices, and integrated marketing campaigns
