Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with Creative, Trade and Operations to deliver campaign communications with informed and detailed guidance. Delivering effective processes to support key trade activity to deadlines.
  • Communicating all weekly and seasonal marketing actions to stores, ensuring all activity and events are understood and embraced by the store teams.
  • Working alongside the Marketing Operations and Creative Design Manager through planning, briefing and the distribution of in-store POS, window messages and store assets.
  • Control of technical briefing and studio scheduling, directly liaising with the Studio Manager and Production teams to ensure all requirements and agreed deadlines are met.
  • Reviewing all assets supplied to confirm copy, creative and trade-specific details have been included and that specification is correct.
  • Managing the internal finance system for POS and windows, building strong relationships with the Finance team. Ensuring all requisitions and purchase orders are effectively controlled, and invoices are processed correctly.
  • Liaising with all functions to ensure marketing and campaign activity is aligned creatively and commercially for a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Building a strong and positive rapport with external suppliers, working through the tender of all assets and ensuring all activity is delivered within budget.
  • Maintaining an accurate store and window database, working collaboratively with print suppliers and Property and Field teams to support accurate allocations.
  • Sustaining a strong POS library, which aligns to the marketing strategy and agreed display principles. Managing the graphic requests and POS-ordering system to ensure items are always available and all store requests are effectively reviewed.
  • Creative development of POS and window assets, testing new materials and assisting the Marketing Operations and Creative Design Manager in driving new initiatives.
  • Digital and international project and asset management, working with our franchise partners and internal teams to drive creative consistency and supporting to deliver cross-functional requests.
