Requirements

  • Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing from an accredited university preferred (or comparable experience).
  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating marketing campaigns in a highly matrixed environment, working across multiple practices/business units, groups, and/or regions. Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
  • Regional and/or global experience in developing and delivering marketing content across different channels, including web, social media, events, and PR.
  • Passion for creating engaging content for social media and web, with some editing experience preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Skills and Attributes:
  • Strong project management skills, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills to assess the performance of marketing efforts.
  • Self-starter who can demonstrate strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work with little guidance.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and unstructured environment where priorities often shift.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the marketing activities of our European Performance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, and Operation practices, including content development and distribution, events, and digital/social media.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to help translate our knowledge, ideas, and project work into engaging marketing content such as articles, digital and visual assets.
  • Support end-to-end campaign management from idea generation to execution and post-analysis, using marketing automation tools.
  • Work closely with our digital, social media, editorial, PR, events, design, and business impact teams to ensure maximum marketing channel success.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaign data in collaboration with the analytics team to establish return on marketing investment.
