What responsibilities are included in this position?
Responsibilities for this position include documenting non-conformance tags for spacecraft structures, analyzing variations to part specifications, evaluating and determining the course of action for parts with defects, performing design engineering analyses of machined parts, and conducting tolerance stacks, stress, metallurgical, aerodynamic, dynamic, NDT, and heat transfer analyses.
What qualifications are required to apply for this role?
A minimum of a B.S. Degree in mechanical, aerospace, or civil engineering is required, along with 2+ years of experience in aircraft, spacecraft, or launch vehicles.

Desired qualifications include previous experience with new aircraft or spacecraft fabrication and experience with aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).

The compensation range for on-site applicants in Washington is $111,690-$156,366. Other site ranges may differ.
