Requirements

  • Experience executing award-winning campaigns across all media channels including social, mobile, activation, experiential, and broadcast
  • A thorough understanding of the project process within a creative agency - from client brief through to post-project-evaluation
  • Passionate and curious about the latest creative/design innovations - interested and active within the creative industry outside of the 9-to-5
  • Able to deliver great conceptual ideas, with a portfolio displaying the depth of your creativity and expertise in this area
  • Fluency in social platforms and experience creating content focused for social media objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently on medium to large scale client projects, occasionally with a senior creative/team
  • Ability to oversee design / post-production print and motion

  • Experience working in the beauty vertical is ideal but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software

Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a creative and innovative ‘Social First’ Mid Weight Creative Team member to join our creative department. The successful duo will be responsible for creating, developing and executing advertising ideas for identified customers through social media as well as print, TV, Content, Direct Marketing & Mobile etc. This person should be able to combine artistic sensibilities and understanding with knowledge of design and production process to create work that engages identified customers on social media. Working in an integrated creative environment, in partnership with The Pharm’s other teams, this role will support projects, large and small, from start to finish.
  • This role will specifically focus on No7's Beauty Company’s expressionist brands ‘Soap & Glory’ and ‘Sleek’. Soap & Glory as a brand leans into codes of the fantastical and fun as well as luxury and efficacy. Sleek is cosmetics brand with an East London heritage that leans into the fully cos obsessed Makeup Magpies. We want a creative team who embodies this spirit to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audiences.
