What are the roles and responsibilities of the Midweight Creative Team member?
The Midweight Creative Team member will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing advertising ideas primarily for social media, but also across print, TV, content, direct marketing, and mobile platforms. They will work collaboratively with various teams within The Pharm to support projects from start to finish.
Which brands will the Midweight Creative Team focus on?
The role will specifically focus on No7's Beauty Company’s brands ‘Soap & Glory’ and ‘Sleek’.
What type of experience is required for this position?
Candidates should have experience executing award-winning campaigns across various media channels, as well as a thorough understanding of the creative agency project process from client brief through to post-project evaluation.
Is experience in the beauty industry necessary for this role?
Experience in the beauty vertical is ideal but not essential.
What skills are desirable for candidates applying for this role?
Desirable skills include a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software, and the ability to develop highly engaging ideas and campaigns.
